It is a complete nightmare for any lady to find facial hair around her face. You get all sorts of jeering names for it. That feeling cannot be compared to being wet under the rain.
Every woman wants a soft and flawless skin especially around the neck, chin, upper lips, and forehead. The face gives the first impression about a person and so facial hair on a female is seen as masculine. Who on earth is that female who appreciates looking masculine with facial hair? None i think. It can really be such a frustrating thing shaving again and again all for the hair to grow right back. Your self esteem is bruised at that moment.

While there are ladies with mild occurrences of facial hair, some ladies struggle with obvious thicker facial hair. These differences are as a result of high testosterone levels in these females. Absolutely no fault of theirs really. For some, some medications may have been responsible, irregular menstrual cycles and hormonal changes when pregnant.

So what can be done to manage this imperfection? That is what this post is here for. I am deliberating on natural ways to go about it. Going natural is best as there are no side effects and the use of chemicals are eliminated. These tips can be carried out at the comfort of your home and are very simple to do. Apricot and Honey

Apricot is awesome because it is rich in vitamins and minerals. It also contains lycopene. So while scrubbing off, it is enriching your skin with these constituents at the same time. It is indeed effective in the removal of facial hair.

Now why mix with honey? Because while scrubbing off, honey helps to soften the skin. So apricot-honey combination acts as the perfect remedy. Now lets see how this combo is prepared.

  • Of course, you will need half a cup of dried apricots
  • A teaspoon of honey is perfect.

  • Blend the apricots into a coarse powder at the same ensuring it is not too coarse.
  • Honey should be added to the blended apricot and mixed properly.
  • Apply this mixture right on your face and allow to sink in for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • The mixture should be used to scrub gently in a circular motion for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Afterwards your face should be washed with lukewarm water.
  • For best results, repeat this method 2 to 3 times a week.
